Policies 

For all appointments, it is required to have a card on file in order to book an appointment. There will be no charge to your card at this time, it is just to secure your appointment. 

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are needing to cancel or reschedule. If you no show an appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the full price of the service. Due to the nature of these services, if you no show or continuously cancel. you will no longer be able to schedule without full payment at time of booking. 

Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. Life happens, I get it! However, if you are more than 10 minutes late to any service, I reserve the right to treat it as a same day cancellation and there for the cancellation policy will apply. 

You will need to book your touch up during the 6-10 week time window in order to receive the discounted touch up.

Please, tell me before the appointment if there is existing work to an area. In this case, a consultation appointment will be necessary.
